    SIR, WHEN I USED YOUR INCOME TAX SOFT WARE FOR CALUCULATION OFMY SPOUSE, IT WILL NOT GIVES ACCURATE RESULTS.

      sir ,after downloading fresh copy from site ,enter correct values in IT Data sheet you will get accurate results.if not send me mail in which areas goes wrong.

      Sir, I am unable to understand why you have given Sept'13 as an option date in your software instead of july'13 pls. clarify my doubt. My system works on Linux O.S. your software is not working in this O.S. Is there any method to follow?. pls. let me know the details.

    Sir my basic pay as on 01-07-2013 is Rs:12550, I have two increments (one is Feb-2014 another is Feb-2015) and no promotion and any other increments, then What is my new basic pay now.

    Sir,
    Your PRC software is very useful. we will be very happy if u update that for Civil Assistant Surgeon who were in 20680 - 46960 pay scale with 30% HRA and getting Emergency Health Allowance 3000, CCA 525, Academic Allowance 300. Now the new pay scale is 40270 - 93780 , EHA is 4000, CCA is 1000 and AA is remain same.

    gud evening sir. . .my doubt is an employee consisting a Basic pay as per the RPS 2010 is 8440 and he has not taken any increment in his service than as per the RPS 2015 his pay will be fixed at 17890 or 16400. . .?
    as per the fitment of 43% the calculation will be as follows. .
    Basic as per RPS 2010 is 8440
    DA @ 63.344% 5346.23
    Fitment @ 43% 3629.20
    Total 17415.43
    Scale RPS 2015 is 16400-49870 plz guide me on this matter. . .

    1. What is my new basic right now

    2. Do I get benefit of fitment on 7960

    SIR,
    1) AAS, promotion,Surrender leave arrears are giving ,But split month is necessary for supply bills and also
    please provide the same for AGI Arrears also, it will be very great ful to us.
    2) If employees are joined after July-2013 there is no matter of fixation as per PRC-2015 only they will kept at minimum scale hence without option date also provide sir.As my DOJ as Senior.Accountant is on 30.09.2013.

    If a person taken Promotion after option date if he fixed at Minimum TSP of scale the remarks in the proceeding should be "Fixed at minimum TSP as per FR 22(b)"

    We have encountered another situation
    One employee joined in service on 1-1-13 in the basic of 15280-40510 and he is drawing at minimum of the scale 15280 as on 1-7-2013 . If we operate fitment formula i.e, basic + da + fitment the total works out to 31529 the next stage in 2015 prc is 32430. The new scale for the post is 31460-84970. In such a case at which stage the fixation be done either at 32430 as per fitment formula or at minimum of 2015 prc scale for that post i.e., at 31460 as the employee is drawing at minimum of the post scale of 2010 prc as on 1-7-2013. PL CLARIFY .

    My wife was Senior Assistant with Basic pay 12910 as on July 2013. Took promotion as Junior Lecturer on 10th Feb 2014.     Sir, if one Teacher is appointed in the 2010 and if he is on leave for around one and half year. And he got regular scale in Januaray-2014 is Rs.11530 as basic pay (that is 10900+300+330)now what will be the basic after PRC. Clarify the caluculations. Thanku
