    Dear Sir, PRC 11-4-15 Uploaded Software is excellent. Some Suggestions: Still We r in AP State. At PAO/ treasury offices not accepting APTC Form 47 from March,15 onwards. Change as TSTC Form 47 and also in Appendix 12 C as TS RPS15. Give insert sheet option for other annexures if required by some places and change font, color option in every sheet. In tokens, DDO Name & Design, Design & School name is appearing. But PS, it should be DDO Office Address. Thanking you sir, Ch.Prabhakar, LFL HM, HyD

    In Proceedings also, PROCEEDINGS OF THE DY.INSPECTOR OF SCHOOLS, GOVT. PS INDIRANAGAR, but it should be as Proceedings of the Dy.Inspector of Schools, Shaikpet Mandal, HYD Dist., . Please Change it. Otherwise give modify option. Ch.Prabhakar, LFL HM, Hyd

    From 2nd June, 2014, CCA Diff not reflecting in Diff Sheet CCA Coloum, Hence total is not tallying. So make it correct. Ch.Prabhakar, LFL HM, HYD.

    Hi Sir, Small Doubt in your PRC Software When we enter in EOL days (ex.Jan-15 31days) then TS increment not changing. all values zero but ts Inc. is not zero. Once check Sir, And thank you for your Software.

    For DSC-2001-SGT Teachers,Joined duty on 11th Feb-2002. in RPS-2010, Due to Step up Increment Date is Modified from 11th Feb-2012 to 8th July on par with Junior(As Junior pay is more than senior).
    Senior Basic pay as on 08-07-2013 is 14050.
    completed 12 yrs service on 10th Feb-2014,sanctioned12 yrs scale from11th feb-2014 i.e.Minimum SA-Basic pay of Rs.14860.
    But on 11th Feb-2014 same junior pay is 14050,it means senior over cum senior-junior pay difference problem.Senior pay is more than junior pay.so senior opted Future Annual Grade Increment date as
    11th Feb instead of 8th July.w.e.f. 12 yrs scale sanction date.What is the pay particulars from
    1st july-2013(option date) to April-15-Gouri Sankar

    I have appointed as Spl Teacher with B.Sc;B.Ed Qualifications. now I am drawing Two Additional Increments for B.Sc & B.Ed each 35/. I have promoted as school Asst in 2009. Now when I entered AI in Datasheet PRC 2015 software not showing in Appendix -I form. I am eligible for AI s in SA cadre or not . Pl. clarify

    Sir, I am for Mahabubnagar HRA enhaned 20%, In Software HRA If Change the Date Already Drawn Also Showing 20% But We are only drawn 14.5%. So please solve this Problem

    in Annexure Tab and in Annexure-1 table, under Designation/Category item, for all designations it is showing- (as on option date Secondary Grade Teacher). Not changing with respect to Designations as on option date.Need to be corrected.(For HM, SA, Lang.Pandit.....no question of SGT as on option date)

    Thank your for preparing good PRC software for employees . I think one error in E.O.L.period data section.when in entered the E.O.L.period there is no change in increment date ....etc.....

    సార్ DSC 2002spl.vv వారి 12సం,, స్కేలు 03.03.2015 కు 14860 గా అయింది(ఇటివలి DTA Orders ప్రకారము,తదుపరి ఇంక్రిమెంట్ తేదీ 03.03.2016 గా అవడం జరిగింది ) .మరి Prc'2015 నందు 31260 పిక్సెషన్ అవుతుందా.అయితే దయచెసి ఈ PRC software లో ఇది ఒక అప్షన్ గా పెట్టగలరు..

      SIR, I HAVE TRIED PRC ONLINE PAY BILL SUBMISSION . IT IS NOT USER FRIENDLY AND QUITE DIFFICULTY. IN THAT SOME STEPS ARE CONFUSING,SO KINDLY EXPLAIN with screen shorts HOW CAN WE USE ONLINE PRC PAY BILL SUBMISSION SOFTWARE without mistakes.It will be benefited to all DDO'S in the state.
