the employee promoted SA on 17/05/2000 and not taken 12 years scale and he was drawing in
new prc pays and allowances and sanctioned normal increments in the month of april up to this year
his date of birth is 15/01/1961 could you please tell me how this employee will get 12 years in SA cadre
