HOW TO USE THIS SOFTWARE

>>Enter particulars  only in 3 data sheets of relevant fields

1.School Data Sheet :- Select pay bill period every month to generate Pay details.

DDO Particulars, Complex school Particulars /one school , Designation of Post Particulars need to fill

2.Teachers Data Sheet: here to be enter all schools civil list particulars(if it is school complex)

3.Pay Data Sheet:    I)  enter only once in pay data sheet  of which month pay particulars available of all employees according to select month in school data sheet

ii)select  " Yes" in column  " J " to sanction AGI automatically when they fell due (OR) if select "No"  ,you have to manually select -no of increments sanctioned  after data taken period in column "N"

iii) No need to change Pay Particulars every month

iv) Loan Particulars enter only one time . no need to change installment numbers every month due to software show automatic in salary statement after change of  pay bill period

v) Software automatically stops loans in SALARY STATEMENT  if no. of  installments completed 

vi) Software automatically stops salary Particulars in SALARY STATEMENT if any employee retire from service
