3.Pay fixation under FR 22 B  on promotion date

4.Intial pay fixation at minimum of the time scale in promotion post (it is automatic generated based on selection of scale in promotion post)

it has option of AGI with cumulative effect/without cumulative effect  along with HPL/EOL option.
