TO WORK PROPERLY EXCEL FILE .FOLLOW BELOW STEPS

1.Don't open excel file directly after downloading excel file. if you open downloaded excel file directly  it is shown as below .(Security Risk: Microsoft has blocked macros from running untrusted source) as shown in round in red circle







2.close above excel file.

3.while Selecting downloaded excel file>>  right click on mouse then click on properties as show below








3.then click on 'general Tab>> tick mark on Unblock box on security>>OK as shown below





 






4.then open excel file to start work with excel file properly.

5. if any data available for regarding to students in any excel file, copy those data and paste values in concern columns of this excel software as shown below.



*Exemptions & Concessions to CwSN in the SSC Public Exams, &other exams Classes 6 th to 10 th from the AY 2022-23

1.If it show like after open excel file in address bar>Security Risk: Microsoft has blocked macros from   running untrusted source  >to fix this >>After download this file from internet >>right click on mouse   with select this excel file >>click on 'general Tab>> tick mark on Unblock box on security>>OK

2.If Date of Birth shown wrong, do as >> change your system date format as DD/MM/YYYY)>>then     enter in data sheet of software)

      SSC NOMINAL ROLL SOFTWARE IS USEFUL FOR PREPATION OF ALL ENCLOSUER DOCUMENTS LIKE COVERING LETTER, NR, FIGURE STATEMENT, ABSTARCT, AGE CONDINATION PROCEEDING, FEE PAD STUDENT LIST, IDENTIFICATION REGISTER WITH PHOTOS OF STUDENTS, RESULT SHEET BY ENTER DATA ONLY IN DATA-1, DATA-2 DATA-3

Instructions to prepare Identification register with photos:

1. Macro enable: Always keep Macro enable (when open excel file It asks for macro enable on above formula bar in excel file)

2.Folder with all photos: Keep all photos in one folder on any location in computer giving name with serial number (like 1,2,3 etc. as in order of N.R S.No) to every photo of students.

3.Paste file path on yellow color cell in register sheet in excel file  : You can hold Shift key while you right-click on folder that has photos with serial number(like 1,2,3 etc. as in N.R S.No)  on below the photos of  every students, and it will show a popup menu >>in that select  "Copy as Path" option>> Click on "copy-as-path "on popup menu>>click on below yellow color cell &paste it  with removing punctuation mark on both side.

4.Printout of identification register: Enter No.1 in green color cell in register sheet of excel file and take printout on ledger paper, then enter 2, take print. In the same way take printouts for all students by entering no.1 to last one >>after completion go for spiral binding to keep office record as an identification register.
